Addendum for tour operators
The tourist services offered to you are a package holiday in accordance with Section 651a of the German Civil Code on certain terms and conditions and the exercise of certain activities in the field of tourism, which implements Directive (EU) 2015/2302. The tour operator Discover Sumatra , based in Berlin/Germany, registered in the trade register of the city of Berlin, is fully responsible for the proper provision of the services included in the tour. We are legally obliged to take out a deposit insurance policy, on the basis of which payments will be refunded to you for services that were not provided to you due to the tour operator’s bankruptcy. We are also obliged to hold tour operator liability insurance.
